The Oolong combined both Oolong and Black tea making technique.
It adapted the oxidation process of black tea and the making procedure of traditional Oolong tea.
The tea has high oxidation level and is roasted moderately, allowing an extended shelf life when stored properly.
Cha Voyage Red Oolong were made from tea leaves which have been bitten by the tea leaf hoppers, leaving a hint of ripe fruit and honey flavor.
Tea preparation
It is best to brew the Red Oolong with 95-100°C hot water. Shorten the steep time to maximum of one minute.
The Oolong could be re-brewed for multiple times.
